May 2012 is the month that has significance to the Hermes. In this month, the luxury brand that will turn 175 years old. To celebrate this important moment, they released a few photos the process of makingbags and Hermes in Paris workshop atmosphere.

1. First Time on Display

Is the first time, a series of photos of the Hermes workshop atmosphere exhibited to the public. According to the Daily Mail, the photos show how to manufacture a bag.

Unlike the luxurious feel of the store, Hermes workshop on the outskirts of Paris, it was filled with pieces of animal skin, cotton rolls and papers. What  a mess.


3. Hermes Birkin

The series of photographs is owned by London-based blogger named Shini Park of 'Park & Cube' when visiting the Hermes workshop, she found, to make one Birkin bag (one of the best selling Hermes bags) takes about 48 hours to sew.


4. Hermes Constance

In addition to Birkin, Shini Park also saw the creation of Constance bag which was first released in 1959 and has remained popular. "I admit, I have to hide to see how making Constance bag," Shini said.

5. Making Bags

"Hermes clearly proves that it takes the hands of talented, skilled craftsmen and their rules covering quality to make a special bag,"said Shini again.


6. Made by Hand

Everyone knows that Hermes bag is made without using the machine. In this photo looks a craftsman who was cutting the leatherfor one bag.


7. One of the Hermes Bag Collection

One Hermes handbag collection with name Jypsiere. Equipped with a sling bag and silver hardware, these bags are sold at a price of 4380 pounds
