5 Ways to Increase Work Efficiency


Efficiency is one key to success in a career. Efficiency of work is needed in the work environment filled with all the challenges.

If you often feel bored at work, or feel you are not doing something productive, you need to see some way that this can be useful to improve the working efficiency, as reported by Idiva.

1. Using Time
One way to improve the working efficiency is to use working time well. If your working time of eight hours a day, you should make a list of what jobs need to be done. This will allow you to complete one at a job in an organized manner.

2. Do not Give Up
As I was trying to finish the job, do not be tempted to give up halfway. Stay for the passionate and unyielding. Doing this will help build your mental endurance like an athlete that passes the point of exhaustion to achieve a physical force against them.

If you are thinking of giving up, try to solve the problem by encouraging yourself in the hearts and say "five minutes". This will build mental resilience during a period of time and help you complete a given task more easily.

3. Do it with Eustress
Stress is a part of every life. Stress itself is composed of two kinds. There are the stress that brings progress (eustress) and the stress that brings harm and hurt us (distress).

Eustress is the level of stress that brings progress and bring a good impact.Eustress can make you have the knowledge, experience and wisdom to grow.Energy so that the mind becomes very focused and organized at work. So, do all your work with eustress. This method helps you to concentrate on work that needs to be resolved are essential.

4. Take Time to Rest
To be productive, you not only have to sit at the computer. This will actually decrease productivity because you will feel tired, dizzy and tired. It is advisable to get some fresh air for a moment. Can be a way just to the cafeteria in an office or reading a magazine.

5. Do not Delay Work
Stop procrastinating and just work with asking yourself, Do I have to do this job? Do I want the job done so it does not exist in my mind? The more you are just a lot of thinking, the more you're just wasting time and delaying any work to be done.
