No Lady Gaga Concert In Jakarta
Metro Jaya Police Chief Inspector Lucky S Rajab committee believes violated the law when it held a concert without bagging permit.
"If they keep doing that first, this is the citizen who does not obey the law.Concerts like this should have a permit. We will dismiss the concert," said Jakarta chief Police at Headquarters on Jl Sudirman, Jakarta, Wednesday(16/5/2012 ).
He insists not prohibit the concert, but just not recommended. Licensing is issued by Police Headquarters, Jakarta police instead.
"As for Lady Gaga, is technically yes. They propose recommendations to the Police because it is done in the Jakarta Police. Recommendations are submitted to the Police Headquarters who gave permission, not to the applicant (the committee). Since the permission of the National Police, not the Jakarta Police,"he said.
However, if the committee wanted to move the event to a location outside the jurisdiction of the Jakarta Police, he was not disputed.
